Anthony is a career property professional with twenty years experience in commercial / industrial property. Since 2006 he has also been the co-owner and Director of Raine & Horne Commercial.

Kerry is a former Managing Director of a major Perth commercial concreting company.
Kerry works alongside Anthony in the design and building programs undertaken by Capital West.

DAVID IDDLES - Director
David has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2007 in a variety of roles including Property Management, Development Management and Asset Management. David has specialised skills in the Self-Storage space, having working in the industry between 2013 - 2020 including ground up development of 2 facilities and day to day running of the applicable business‘s.
David works alongside Anthony in all facets of the Capital West business with core activities including development analysis, initiation and management.
Steve claudio - Project director
SCOTT WADDELL - ANALYST - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Scott started his career in the property industry at the beginning of 2019 after graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Property Development and Valuation).
Prior to joining Capital West Property, Scott assisted in the development management and delivery of a number of projects including large scale residential land subdivisions, residential apartments and short-stay accommodation hotels.
Scott works alongside Anthony and David where his predominant role is to assist with development analysis and stakeholder management.

DONNA BOSHART - accounts MANAGER
Donna has been involved with all aspects of Property Management but has focused extensively on Trust and General Accounting. Donna's role as Accounts Manager sees her specialising in the Trust and General Accounting.
